Guided mediation with Beverly
Add $15 to any hour session.

I am a mediation master. I have practiced meditation since 1973. I studied meditation for a month everyday in Sri Lanka, which included 4 days of silence on a mountain top, meditating 8 hours a day.

Life style coach/ BCE consultant.
$90 hour with Beverly (I schedule 2 hours in case we run over and this is not a time for rushing or stress !!)
